Today in my health class we began our unit on nutrition. It fully inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle. I’ve always focussed on exercise and thought it more important than nutrition, but after this class (we covered carbs, GI and fibre) I’m really motivated to eat more healthily, so I’m ready to take on the battle.
Also, I didn’t know that cornflakes were classified as high GI. I always thought they were a good way to start my day. Who would’ve thought?
